- Imagine around you a Soap Bubble that is expanding so quickly that you are in awe of the size and beauty of your Bubble. Without effort, your Bubble simply expands into the infinite universe.
- Repeat to yourself as you walk in your imaginary Bubble, “Allow Easy, Allow Easy, Allow Easy…”
Allow these three steps to become your new way of walking.
Allow this new habit to become part of your daily life.
The more often you do it, the “easier” it becomes, until Allow Easy is your new way of BEing.
